Is it possible to create projects without defining the time expenditure for the tasks
Yes you can specify this when you create or edit a project whether if - when you create or edit a task - the mask to define the scheduled time expenditure per employee is displayed or if in the project details the columns for the planned and actual times will be displayed.
Can I define a project as private?
When creating a project you will have to activate the check box "private project (not viewable by other users)". Thus, the project is marked as private and therefore it is only accessible to the user who created the project, not even for users with administrator rights.
How can I define access rights to a project?
The assignment of the project rights is done by assigning the employees to a project. Only the employees that are assigned to the project when creating or editing the project can access the project - always of course only when the corresponding fundamental rights have been activated in the group rights. Furthermore also if user groups have the extended right to access all projects and provide feedback to all projects tasks.
How can I create a response to a project task?
Either click directly on the project task in your dashboard in the list of the tab "Project Tasks" and you get to the overview of the latest task feedbacks then click on "Insert feedback".
