Email communication

How can I get with WICE Cloud Based CRM e-mails?

In WICE Cloud Based CRM, a complete Webmail client is built. You can set up a mail account CommCenter. WICE behaves like any other e-mail clients as well, which means you enter your normal account information and then get the e-mails.

Can I ==== other e-mail clients connect with WICE? ==== Yes, there is a connector for Mozilla Thunderbird and Apple Mail client. This allows you to transfer e-mail messages and file attachments and save them as WICE note address or process action.

When I click on an e-mail address in WICE always opens my external mail client. But I want to send e-mails about WICE

Can I deposit letter templates?

Yes, the letter templates are defined in the module "campaigns" under "Templates" from.

Which formats can be used for letter templates?

You can create templates in the "Rich Text Format" drop (RTF) or "Open Document Format". Both are open, non-proprietary formats that are supported by Word.

I have saved in a template. Doc format, but it can not retrieve

DOC format of Microsoft Word is not independent of the manufacturer and is not supported. Please use RTF or ODT templates. You may also edit Word.

My RTF template is not working

Often it is due to an excessive graphics or because you have an existing Word document saved as RTF. Please insert the original "from the scratch", ie to a new document. Great graphics, you should first store in the right size and not shrink in the word processor.

Can I generate form letters from WICE Cloud Based CRM?

Yes, this is done in module "campaigns". First, create the address list and then select "Printed mailing" from. Telephone communication

Can I dial directly from WICE phone numbers?

Yes, the phone numbers are clickable and the browser passes the phone number to a telephone client on the computer.

Where do I set the format for the number transfer?

Adjust the aspect ratio in the administration under "Advanced system settings" option in the "linking of phone numbers" field.

Can I also set the system so that incoming calls from the entry will display?
