Main menu
In this menu, you can specify which modules and plugins are to be contained in the WICE main menu frame on the left hand side of your WICE installation.
Important: Please note that if you disable all menu items here, no access to the modules is possible - regardless of any user access rights - the client might temporarily be unusable – should this happen by mistake, please contact your WICE support! |
The appearance of the main menu is independent of any user access rights. If you want to limit the user to access certain modules or features, hiding menu items here is not the proper way. You will have to change the respective rights group to whom the users are assigned to!
Each individual user access rights will be taken into account while displaying the main menu items, it is thus safe to enable all menu items.
Hint: Please remember that adding all available plugins as menu items might be relatively confusing so that this is only conditionally recommended. |
The plug-ins are available only as main menu items if there settings have beend assigend via the plugin permissions here in the Administration.

Simply select the desired modules by activating or deactivating the checkboxes and then save your changes by clicking on Save.
