In this chapter, we want an example show you how you can edit an order from the order up to the accounting with WICE CRM Groupware and invoices correctly cancel or can issue credits.
Creating an offer

To make an offer now, the tab switch opportunities in the process. The value in the field "Control" also comes from the article database, but can be influenced by other settings, should be been identified an addresses such as non-taxable.
